Some of you may be asking why we put all this information online. Our idea is knowledge sharing – we’ve made mistakes as well as making money by renovating houses. We want to share everything we’ve learned with you to make your renovation journey easier and more profitable. In the ideal world, we want you to use renovation and development to make a profit. Property investing is our passion and we don’t want to work 9-5 everyday for something we don’t like or enjoy doing. Life is all about waking up each morning looking forward to the adventure of each day. This is why we’ve put this site together with all the information we’ve gained as well as for everyone to share. The road to financial freedom is not an easy path and we believes ‘hard work’ is important but ‘smart hard work’ is even more important.

About Tracey
My passion has always been about creating. From quite young I was always into anything crafty, creative and decorative and I’ve been surrounded by a creative family. I also have a love of property and what you can do to improve it inside and out. Over the years I’ve helped update kitchens, renovate by painting and removing old wallpaper for family and friends. Now I love nothing more than taking an old, tired property and turning it into something special including complete demolition and installation of bathrooms and kitchens, redesigning by removing and adding internal walls.
My other passion is working with colour and I am undertaking a diploma in colour design.

About Eric
I’ve always been a very hands on type person, I built my first model car and plane when I was 6, built my first computer when I was 11. Around 10 years ago, I started playing with renovating houses, from basic coats of paint, building book shelves to building a retaining wall. In recent years, I took it a step further, completely renovating houses from installing a new kitchen to full on pulling down walls, new partitions, new toilet, new roof etc.
Apart from that, I’m also a computer geek, who likes computer networking, Internet security and now blogging, building web sites etc. Supporting desktop is my least favourite because desktop support is boring.
